Order Cancellation

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our Refund and Return Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.

Non-Cancellable Orders
